Refund policy

At Green Aquascape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. General Returns (Non-Live Products)

  • You may return unused and unopened items (such as accessories, equipment, and decor) within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

2. Aquarium Jars & Glass Products

  • All jars and tanks are carefully inspected before shipping.

  • If your jar or glass product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Due to the fragile nature of glass, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.

3. Live Fish & Aquatic Plants

  • Live fish and plants are non-returnable once delivered.

  • We guarantee live arrival when you receive your shipment. If your fish or plants arrive dead, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive live shipments on the scheduled delivery date.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Exceptions

  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Customized jars or aquascape designs cannot be returned.
