Refund policy
At Green Aquascape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. General Returns (Non-Live Products)

You may return unused and unopened items (such as accessories, equipment, and decor) within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
2. Aquarium Jars & Glass Products

All jars and tanks are carefully inspected before shipping.

If your jar or glass product arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the fragile nature of glass, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.
3. Live Fish & Aquatic Plants

Live fish and plants are non-returnable once delivered.

We guarantee live arrival when you receive your shipment. If your fish or plants arrive dead, you must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or store credit.

Please ensure someone is available to receive live shipments on the scheduled delivery date.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Exceptions

Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customized jars or aquascape designs cannot be returned.
