At Green Aquascape, we take great care in packaging and delivering your aquarium jars, live fish, and accessories to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Customized aquarium jars may require additional preparation time (5–7 business days).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We deliver across the UAE.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.

  • Orders above AED 500 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Live fish deliveries may carry an additional handling fee.

4. Packaging & Handling

  • Aquarium jars and glass products are securely packed with protective materials to avoid breakage.

  • Live fish and plants are shipped in oxygen-sealed bags with temperature protection to ensure their health.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

  • For live fish and plants, deliveries must be received on the first attempt. Missed deliveries may void the live arrival guarantee.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and products. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping (Optional)

  • Currently, we do not ship outside the UAE. International shipping for is not available.
